On 1 April 1993 VB-Techniek which changed the name into VB-Airsuspension hit upon the idea to develop an air-suspension for Commercial Light Vehicles. The enthusiastic and passionate about their job founders and employees was developing a complete, high quality and fair priced air-suspension system for light commercial vehicles. This system had to be assembled simply and easily without having to cut, weld or change the existing chassis. The air-suspension for light commercial vehicles proved to be a great success because at the time there were only air-suspension products for the heavy truck range. The comfort and safety offered by VB-Airsuspension's innovative systems have brought it to a leading edge in both the European and the global markets.
