NEW SERVICE CONCEPT FOR MAN COMPRESSORS WITH ESS FUNCTION
Knorr-Bremse offers 360cc and 720cc compressors most of them with ESS function for energy saving
With over 25 years of field experience in air supply and more than 10 million sold compressors, Knorr-Bremse offers a large range of compressors with best efficiency and reliability by fulfilling highest safety standards. Most of the commercial vehicle manufacturers rely on compressors from Knorr-Bremse in order to ensure that their vehicles always deliver maximum braking efficiency even after many kilometres.
Knorr-Bremse is offering now as first supplier compressors for MAN applications with ESS function. This energy saving function reduce the energy consumption and therefore reduce the TCO of the commercial vehicle. For a proper repair service, Knorr-Bremse also offers the respective service kits according to the new and harmonized compressor service kit strategy. Those service oriented kits combine all necessary components needed for a certain service action including the latest technical improvements and revisions.

To ensure the highest quality and an optimal service, Knorr-Bremse has developed a specific service concept for the mentioned MAN compressors. The service oriented repair kits combine all necessary components needed for a certain
service action including the latest technical improvements and revisions. For each MAN compressor Knorr-Bremse is offering a General Maintenance Kit, Cylinder Head Kit, Valve Plate Kit, Piston Kit, Overpressure Valve Kit and a Pinion Kit.
